New Class Starting Term 2 – Spring Into Action

We have been getting some new classes ready for Term 2 including ‘Spring Into Action’ . This is a class specifically designed for men and women over 60.

Spring into Action is a class aimed at the over 60 year olds and focuses on improving posture, muscle strength and flexibility as well as reducing the risk of falls. With her wealth of knowledge and experience, Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist Kathy Brooks, uses her expertise to guide clients through this class in a safe and purposeful manner. Clients need to be able to exercise independently and get up off the floor unaided. Clients with previous or current musculoskeletal issues can be accommodated. Some clients may need to be reviewed by their GP prior to commencing and we have incorporated a medical clearance section into our enrolment form.
