  • Trigger point therapy
  • Joint Mobilisation
  • Where indicated, your treatment may also involve dry needling, exercise prescription.

Jane adopts a whole-body, biomechanical approach to interpreting a history and considers to the role of the systems other than the musculo-skeletal system and how they may support or hinder recovery. She approaches the therapeutic relationship as a partnership and education around the mechanisms influencing your complaint and a discussion around lifestyle factors that may facilitate change are often an important element to recovery.

In conjunction with her clinical roles, Jane has had extensive teaching experience and has written course work for TAFE, University and Professional Association CPD curriculums. She is also the Practice Manager at Bellbird Sports and Spinal.
