Gymnastics Victoria State Championships Presentation

Andrew Cobb was again asked to present to coaches from Gymnastics Victoria about exercise considerations for older clients at the 2015 Victorian State Championships. The lecture covered common injuries seen, ways of managing an injured client in a class and a demonstration of the exercises.
