Throughout his professional career Bryan Kent has been involved in treating a variety of sporting teams. At the moment he is involved in treating Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighters.
These athletes train 5 days a week and do lots of wrestling, boxing and cardio training, which takes its toll on their bodies. This can lead to sore muscles and joints, strains and sprains. Myotherapy treatment, using hands on massage techniques as well as dry needling and cupping is very beneficial in both recovery and allowing the continuation of the training.
As Bryan says “I’ve been involved in sporting clubs and training for many years and I have never seen anything like the training sessions, dedication and complete focus to an end that these athletes embody. I am privileged to be a part of it!”
