Calling all men: Whether you are recovering from an injury, aiming to prevent future injuries, or just trying to be better at a sport,
Pilates is for you.
Bellbird’s newest class, Alpha Male Pilates, is specifically designed for men. Using her experience in football clubs and travelling with the Australian Paralympic ski team, our physiotherapist Zuzana Machotka instructs a class that focuses on strength, flexibility and injury prevention. Through a combination of Pilates, TRX and Swiss ball exercises, this class is sure to be challenging and rewarding. Alpha Male Pilates classes are suitable for men of all ages and abilities.
When: Wednesdays at 7:00 -7:45pm (Term 1 starts 27 January to 24th March 2016)
