COVID 19 – Stage 4 Lockdown Changes
In line with the State Government directive we are still open for essential Face to Face (F2F) consultations and all Telehealth consultations. During the Stage 4 lockdown we are restricted to only seeing essential cases F2F.
All AHPRA registered health workers – can provide services that prevent a significant change/deterioration in functional independence necessitating escalation of care (e.g. a requirement for specialist input/review, an increase in care needs and/or alternate accommodation, avoiding a hospital admission or emergency department presentation).
If you are referred by your specialist or GP making a time to see one of the practitioners is recommended to assess your condition and start you on your recovery so your condition doesn’t deteriorate.
If you are unsure whether you qualify for F2F consultation please contact our staff to discuss your eligibility. There are no restrictions in place on Telehealth consultations.
Can I travel more than 5km for care?
Under current Stage 4 restrictions guidance, individuals can leave their homes to seek ‘care and health care’ – this guidance does not specify a geographical limit.
