Clinical Pilates is a fantastic treatment choice for clients with acute or chronic musculoskeletal injuries such as lower back or neck pain.  Sessions are conducted by a physiotherapist trained in Clinical Pilates in our in our Pilates studio. This may include the use of equipment like the trapeze or reformer.

 

 
Clinical Pilates - Initial Assessment
  • Involves a comprehensive assessment, explanation and introduction to Pilates that is specifically tailored to suit individual needs and goals.

  • This is required for all clients wishing to do Clinical Pilates and for Clinical Pilates Class participants with an injury or specific condition they want to rectify.

Clinical Pilates - Standard Session
  • Completed as a follow-up to initial assessment which emphasises technique and developing a Clinical Pilates program.

  •  A minimum of 5 sessions is required prior to commencing an independent program.

Clinical Pilates - Semi-Private Session
  • Available when 2 people book together, ideal for spouses/friends.

  • A Clinical Pilates - Initial assessment is required for each person prior to commencing.

Clinical Pilates - Independent Sessions (unsupervised)
  • Independent sessions can be purchased either individually or on a 10 session card.

  • Bookings essential and can be up to 1 hour.

  • Cards valid for 6 months from purchase date and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Bellbird Sports & Spinal will not take responsibility for lost cards.
