How are Clinical Pilates Classes run?

Classes are designed for people who want to
improve strength, coordination, balance and tone without necessarily building
muscle bulk.

The classes are not paced for people carrying injuries. If you are currently injured Clinical Pilates
sessions are in your best interest and are required.

Small personal classes.

45 minute duration.
-
All classes are taken by a
qualified physiotherapist.

Classes involve both mat work and use of Pilates equipment.

Classes are run in conjunction
with school terms.
Timetable
& Enrolment
An
enrolment form needs to be completed before commencing Clinical Pilates Classes.
The enrolment form also has the current timetable.
It
can be completed printed and returned by fax, mail or in person.

| We have introduced the option of paying for your
class by BPAY. BPAY details will be sent with your class
confirmation and account. Using this service allows you to avoid the
rush at reception prior to your class starting.
Paying before your class starts also entitles you to an early
bird discount. |
