to reception before entering the pool area. |

For
hygiene reasons you should keep the soles of your feet covered in the area
around the pool and in the shower area. Clean sandals or thongs are appropriate
for this.

Have
a quick rinse using the showers provided before entering the pool. |

Wait until your physiotherapist is present before entering the pool.

Enter the pool via the stairs.
|
 |
You
are more vulnerable to becoming dehydrated in a pool than when on
land. It
is therefore advisable to drink water prior to and following the class. You may choose
to bring your own water bottle or use the water cooler provided. |

Do
not use the pool if you have an open wound or skin irritation.
Speak to your physiotherapist, it may be possible to seal an open wound for
the pool. |

If
you are taking any medication for a heart condition or asthma, please bring
it to the pool side with you.

Inform your physiotherapist if you are feeling unwell.
|
 |
Do not jump or dive into the pool or run in the pool area.
|
 |
Bookings
are necessary for hydrotherapy. Cancellation is required for non attendance. |
